The refund policy applies to all types of chess coaching services that are subscribed for beyond 16 classes.

1. Within 7 days you may request a refund on the balance of classes paid for that are incomplete.

2. After 7 days no amount is refundable if you wish to cancel your subscribed classes due to your personal reasons.

3. A refund will be applicable to you in the event that we are unable to provide the coaching service from our end due to any unforeseen circumstances
